Use this item to ADD ON a Miscellaneous Cost for another item you are already purchasing.

This item is used ONLY to help with adding a random cost for something.

For example, an upgrade from one shipping type to another might cost $5 dollars more.

We use this item to collect the additional $5 by having you purchase this ADD ON item and adjusting the quantity to be the amount needed.

So for example, you'd add this item to your cart and change the quantity to 5 to make the total equal to $5 and then you'd check out and pay for it whichever way works best for you.

NOTE:  Please make sure you add in the note field information like "This is for order number XYZ and I'm paying the extra to upgrade my order from first-class mail to priority mail". This will help us make sure we get it taken care of quickly for you.
